Common Issues & Fixes
AC Resetting When Changing Temperature or Fan Speed
When installing this head unit, you need to connect the TEMP cable correctly to prevent any issues with the factory settings/controls of the vehicle such as AC Temperature. The TEMP cable included in the kit comes with two plugs: a 10-pin plug and an 8-pin plug. The correct plug to use depends on your factory head unit.

If your factory head unit looks like this, use the 10-pin plug:

If your factory head unit looks like this, use the 8-pin plug:

Installation Steps
Locate the TEMP cable in the kit.
Identify whether your factory head unit requires the 10-pin or 8-pin plug.
Insert the corresponding plug into the designated AC temperature port.
Ensure the connection is secure before proceeding with the installation of the head unit.
Reversed/Flipped AC Vents Controls
If adjusting the driver’s side AC vents changes the passenger side AC vents instead (and vice versa), follow these steps to fix the issue:
Tap the System icon on the list off apps.

Go to System.
Tap Setting guide.

Go to Vehicle Type Protocol Selection.
Enter 8861.

Tap the gear icon on the top right.

Change "Temperature display on both sides of the ... " and "Temperature control on both sides of the ..." to Normal or Reverse (depending on your car's driving orientation).

Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger to open the Notification and Dropdown Menu. Then tap Reboot for the changes to reflect.
"No Signal" Error When Going On Reverse
This can happen if the reverse camera cable is not connected properly or not connected at all.
Check the 360 Camera Connector
If your vehicle has both blue and white connectors, connect the white plug.
If only a blue connector is present, connect the blue plug.

Verify the Yellow RCA Connection
Ensure that the yellow RCA plug from the grey connector (not the white big plug) is connected to the reverse camera input on the head unit.
